I have the same problem as the second owner; I can't register it anymore either.

Is there a more convenient solution, or is it enough that I've sent you a message with all the information?

I got registered and updated from the A1200 NG menu (firmware) but can't use the updater in Amibench. Obviously still bits to sort.

Updater in amibench should not be there. All updates at present are done through main GS/NG GUI updater.

The original owner needs to email support, saying they have sold it on. It can then be deregistered from them and you can then be registered in their place.

The original buyer did this weeks ago and even gave all the information over the phone, but there's been no response. What now?
