Looks like Mike got the solution with that cable. Never seen one of those, so curious wether or not its one of those custom made ones that might float on ebay. Or run of the mill cables you can get from good stores...?

I defer you to Mikes capable hands :)

Unfortunately this isn't possible since my TV and/or receiver don't allow for mixing/pairing analog audio ins with HDMI inputs.

I guess i am stuck with no audio?

No, the RCA jacks plug into your Amiga, and transmit the data over the HDMI cable.  So you'll need a setup like this:

Ahhh that makes sense.

Guess i'll wait for a reply from  kipper2k for the HDMI converter, then order such cable. Do you know where i can find it for sale?

Thanks again for all your help. Very useful info!

No prob. :)

Kipper2k is swamped making the Vampire 2 boards, but hopefully still has a few of those cables laying around.  ;)

One other idea that others have done is to remove the RF module and put the HDMI jack there.  I think this a very clean setup, personally, but I know some folks are all "blah blah don't remove the RF output", even though no one ever uses it anymore, haha.  ;)

Thanks!

Success!

less than ideal, but i was able to connect HDMI straight to TV and run audio through the receiver independently.

Thanks all for the help!
