I've contacted the builder of the card, since he's sold at least 50-60 of these over on Amibay I'm hoping he can assist. Haven't had a chance to try with a clean 3.1 install yet, but I'll just post my system specs here for reference or for anyone who comes across this thread in the future.
(Note - WhichAmiga reports Chip mem wonky because of TLSFmem patch I'm running)
My system specs are as follows:
- Amiga 2000, Rev. 6.3, full ECS. Motherboard works fine except for minor clock issues
- 3.1 Kickstart, 3.9 Workbench with Boing Bags 1-4
- GVP GeForce 040, 33MHz, 16MB Fast, 2MB Chip
- Indivision ECS
- Sunrize AD516 sound card (I've tried with and without the sound card installed)
- Mechware SCSI card reader booting off CF cards for hard drives
I'm wondering if it's an issue with A2000 only, or with A2000 Buster? It seems like most people use them in A3000/4000. I've tried card in a couple different slots, no difference. Everything works fine until I plug in a USB device (or try booting with one plugged in) then it locks up like it's getting 100% CPU utilization.
