As many of you know, AmigaKit.com funded development of
ZorRAM two years ago and we have been slowly selling through our investment since. At the time, DKB3128s were being sold for extremely high prices on EBay and
ZorRAM represented a low priced alternative to DKB3128s.
ZorRAM works on AmigaOS 2, 3, 3.1, 3.5, 3.9 and we paid for it to work on AmigaOS 4.1 Classic when we sponsored the development.
ZorRAM is a very small Zorro 3 board so will not occupy much room inside a big box Amiga's case.
The
BigRAMPlus is stocked by AmigaKit.com, however it is manufactured by our hardware partner, Individual Computers. It is a full size Zorro 3 card so it much wider than ZorRAM and works with AmigaOS 2, 3.x.
We stock
BigRAMPlus because we want to offer the widest range of Amiga equipment to our customer base and want to always be able to offer the latest available Classic hardware.
