You did not fill in the Network Domain Name section of Network Settings- that is why there is still an alert icon next to this field.

How do find out what my Network Domain Name is?

Type the following into AWeb's web address bar:

http://64.17.172.249/support/online.html

If you get the online message, you are successfully connected to the internet and need to review your DNS settings only.

As you appear to be using Virgin,  try using their DNS server IP addresses rather than the routers IP in the DNS address box(s).  Theses are:

194.168.4.100
194.168.8.100

If easynet doesn't allow you to put more than one entry in, just use the first one.
Amigas owned:
1) A1200 Power Tower, Blizzard PPC 603+040 128Mb, BVision
2) A1200 Desktop with an ugly looking hole hacked out of the trap door cover to accommodate a DCE built Blizzard 1260 with 64Mb (angled SIMM slot).
not in use:
3) A4000/040 - has an Emplant card installed.  Sadly no video output:-( current location: loft
4) A1000 - owned it since about 1988, current location: loft (AFAIK it still works though)
Sundry bits:
Blizzard 12

Also, have you tried pinging your router once easynet says its online?  Its been a while since I last used it, but I'm pretty sure the Easynet installer installs AmiTCP's ping and traceroute commands.

Bring up an Amiga shell window, and type ping 192.168.0.1

If you get replies, you are connected to your Network at least.  If not you will get either 'destination host unreachable' If you have no connectivity at all, or 'request timed out' if you have partial connectivity but there is some configuration problem.

sounds like aweb is messed up with its cache. also check its assign in user-startup

re-install it or try the ibrowse demo.

sending an email to sales for an after-sales subject is not the correct department - you will get an auto-response email indicating this (it is also explained on the Contact Us page).

How many people work with you? How many departments do you have?
