External floppy drive cable question
« on: May 23, 2011, 09:59:15 PM »
If I buy an A500 external floppy drive and open it up and remove the cable -- can I use that cable to connect my A2000's second internal floppy drive to the external drive port? (I've got an HxC 2001 SD card dual floppy emulator in the system.)

Thanks.

Anyone got a broken external floppy drive they wanna sell cheap?

Yes, it should work, but why not just connect it to the internal floppy cable?

Anyway, if you want to go ahead, I have a housing with cable, so feel free to PM me your offer. Shipping from Denmark to the US for just the cable without housing will be around 10 USD.
