It doesn't start with E. Its setting is medieval/fantasy.
 
Hint - apart from its name the game has a subtitle. I hope that's the right word - like in King's Quest IV: The Perils of Rosella

It is not DM. It is 3D first person.... most of the time.
 
Of course, by 3D I don't mean fluent 3D, but the usual "one step at a time" type of movement.
