I fail to see how this information assists the OP, but I have to ask, a 200Hz refresh rate is a bit pointless isn't it? On my CRT there's no appreciable improvement of picture quality beyond 85Hz refresh.
I have to echo Karlos here... You are boasting a little too much about the size of your RAMDAC... remember it's not the size, but what you do with it that counts ;)

first Bvision the world to have a 250Mhz RamDac and has a vertical refresh rate of 200Hz and there *may possibly* be more to come from it`s PCI bus beyond 43Mhz.

Wow what a massive ramdac you have!

Will you show it to everyone?

let me see,you are wrong picture quality has improved this is before i changed any settings,*maybe* this is something i done.

image is a little bit sharper more defined as for OP yes it is faster *maybe* its something iv *not yet* posted.

the PCI bus alone gives me improvement in speed, this is why i don`t need to use a screenmode lower than 800x600 when testing any PPC games.

whats your *refresh rate* with highest *screenmode* setting while retaining 16.7 million colours?

UPDATE CORRECTION: should read upto 200Hz refresh rate.

What, does a faster vertical refresh rate magically change your CRT's dot pitch?

800x600 may be technically impressive for P2 3D gaming, but like most 3D game fans, I tend to use rather less archaic kit for the job.

Well, I don't use 32-bit display modes on the BVision as they are a complete waste of video memory, but I do recall 1280x1024@75 Hz working. The highest it goes is 1600x1200, which is a limit of my old CRT.

Refresh Rate

RamDac

not a good idea to confuse users. now lets see who know the answer to why im getting a better image (and yes i do know the answer) and i did say *maybe* i may have done other things to produce this but one thing is for sure i did not do any software changes with the screenmode.
