Up to BB3. Scsi problem
« on: July 16, 2010, 11:21:39 PM »
Hello:
I have a extrange problem. I have had BB3 installed in my 32gb Transcend cf before without problems. The thing is when I installed the subway, it was BB1 that was installed. Over it I have made changes like the WBControl patch to save ram memory. I have the Subway running fine with BB1..

The thing is that I can install BB2, but after I install BB3 I get a message:
"DEVS: scsi.device Program failed (error #80000004)"

Ok, I thought perhaps could have been better to install first BB3 and later the Poseidon program, but the bizarre, extrange thing is that I have a copy of the previous (no Poseidon) BB3 System installation which I was using. I don't understand, but I get the same message I've written with this System copy.

How can it be? What is this scsi.device problem?

I apologize. I know on weekend there are a lot of people there, and perhaps trying to help me. I dind't write it well (I separated the lines in the Startup-sequence). Now I have BB3 installed

Sorry again.

Well, I will use this thread again. Ok, I've got BB4 running right (more or less, but doesn't matter).

The thing is that in the last weeks I've began to look more carefully to the Chip memory, as it's very important.

The question now is very simple: with BB1 and BB2 I had a 75% or free chip ram, but now with BB4 I have 49%.

WHERE'S MY BENEFIT?
