Not enough memory? The 3.x port is a memory eater, and it is hungry! Don't bother trying to run it with less than 64Mb, 128Mb is a must, here.
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

I run it under winuae with the memory set to 64MB. No probs here.

@Drummerboy
Check if you have the right version of ixemul.library & ixnet.library installed. V61 is required to run netsurf2. Also check if you've installed usergroup.library.

netsurf doesnt work on 24bit screen depth. this is your probllem certainly. and as for ram it should start with 16mb. not that an memory eater as owb.

edit. do you have gfx card at all? sdl apps will not work on amiga screens.

Does this mean it will work in 4bit screendepths? I run my Workbench in 16 colours and would love a CSS capable browser. Or is AGA still not supported due to it using SDL?

Yes, SDL on AGA doesn't work.  I think that if SDL for AGA was made it would be too slow.
Even now on GFX it isn't very fast.  Edit: (On real Amigas I mean.)

@Cammy & __artur

If an AGA specific version could be written it could use autoscrolling instead of blitter-based layers for its window scrolling capabilities but it would still run out of Chip RAM in an awful hurry if it was done this way.

I've wanted to experiment with making full-screen windows that use autoscrolling instead of using the blitter to move things but it's been pushed so low on my priority list that I doubt I'll ever get around to it.  Maybe if the Natami comes out or something I can look into a SuperAGA native web-browser.

Nice to hear a new release is on the way!
One minor thing I would like to have is the possibility to run Netsurf on an own screen.

Tried it but it does not work in 3.9 (Amiga 4000)

A black window opens and closes and that is all.

Guess that SDL is missing.

I downloaded and copy the SDL.librayr into libs only to get the same results.

Guess that I should do some compiling @ SDL?

Is there an installer for SDL? And a link to the last OS 3.9 version?

Thanks.
