ISSUE SOLVED!
After reviewing the chip very carefully, it turns out that one of the chip's pins was slightly bent... and making contact to another one causing probably a short circuit! i fixed that little problem using a flat screwdriver very carefully, reinserted the chip in the socket, started the machine again and voila!!!!!!!! It works now!

Now I've got an A3000 with Ramsey7, SuperDmac 04, Superbuster 11 and WDC -00-8
