Not a word about H&P. But I am happy to see this result. Anyone knows about the fact if H&P will be involved in this?

So I bet we cannot buy Amithlon 2 from H&P? I am considering to buy this too. I know that OS4 is coming but in the meantime I want to be able to use a "speedy" Amiga. If the price is right I might consider it.

I will buy it to, and YES the price should be right. This time you will only be downloading the demo, and paying for a keyfile. You will NOT have to pay for OS3.9(as long as you have it already), and you will NOT have to pay for AmigaXL emulator.

And also, before the final version will be out of OS4 we first have the beta to play with. But that might be a bit buggy to use for my programming project. I think it will be some time before OS4 will be ready and that time might be usefull to have Amithlon 2. At the moment I am using WinUAE but in my opinion it is not good enough for me. (Or is it my buggy coding that makes it crash?)

It's WinUAE-JIT is buggy as living hell! and *YES* Kronos I tried without my CPU being overclocked.

Thinking about trying fellow. Can it emulate picasso screens just like UAE can?

The last time I checked, NO. Fellow is very fast, but is only usefull for old games.

Just thought I'd add a bit to that. Fellow is fast when doing the chipset emulation. It is therefore well suited to old games, and will run some stuff that UAE will not.

However, last time I checked Fellow has no JIT, so CPU emulation is actually quite slow, meaning it is not well suited for applications at all.

For old games, Fellow makes a good solution. For anything else, forget it.

Bad luck !!
But I haven't used UAE-JIT for long as it didn't liked my K6-III in a Triton-board,
and 1 month after I got the XP1600 I had Amithlon.
That month was o.k

Back ontopic:
Sounds nice but I still fear it could be "torpedoed" by a 3rd party  :-x

That little that I have heard about the feature-set sounds promising. :-)
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else
