Hello guys,
just feel like making a small remark on this case.
I'm in contact now with Portarinos, and we could figure out that either the SUBWAY or his clockport are somehow misbehaving.
Finally, we could also get some debug logs sent (yeah, floppy disks are not dead yet, and CrossDOS helps :-)
I din't know that this is a crime and that you only answer officialy (sic) to e-mails!
...
In fact as i wrote before this is a community forum where not everybody is experts. Is this a crime? Nah!
I may remark here that both Chris and me have "real" jobs, and a private life also - so we do simply not have the time to scan all Amiga boards each day for potential customer problems - that's why we have support mails printed in the manual. Feel free to ask in the Amiga boards in parallel, or use the highway_usb mailing list, but give us a chance for support by sending us a mail.
If somebody contacts us, we try to help as good as we can.
Nevertheless, this case should be sorted out soon.
For the future, I may ask all people encountering problems with our products to contact us
directly by mail.
This helps you, as we can react fast, and helps us also (the time issue).
Thanks in advance!
Michael
