The Zip's seem to be fine, would that affect the floppy drive working, because all else is fine except floppy disk drives don't work, but if I connect them to my A4000 they work fine

The ZIPs (fast RAM) have nothing to do with floppy operation. Check
- Paula (socket, legs, chip)
- CIAs ( " ), swap CIAs
- J351 (should be 2-3)

Does the motor start? Does the head move back to track 0 after being pushed inwards? Is an inserted disk recognized at all but unreadable?

Is the tiny switch next to the VGA port on Enabled or Disabled?

If you're using a VGA monitor, it should be enabled and if you're using  a C= monitor it should be disabled.
Amiga 3000D UP and running! Hear that clicking. 8)
Amiga 3000D & 4000D in storage sadly.
