Good for you. And good for all the people on AInc.'s side, because neither matters. What matters is the court's decision, and you're all wasting your time arguing about it.
Some day, hopefully sooner than later, I will be able to buy a $500 box with an Amiga name on it which runs AmigaOS 4, figure out I can't use it for anything important, and let it sit on my shelf collecting dust next to my A3000. I'll still be a proud Amigan while I make money mixing live Hi-Res 32-track recordings on the Windows PC that I built from parts for about the same amount of money.
The time for Amiga to return to the P(ersonal) C(omputer) market was gone about 12 years ago, when people started using Windows 95 and getting on the internet en masse. I still plan to follow my hobby computer of choice, but while realizing that nobody I ever meet in the real world will say "WOW!" about it.
Something tells me that about two years from now when all this crap shakes out, amiga will change hands again because they went broke making $500 computers that are worth about $50 and nobody (save a few die-hard fanatics) wanted.
