Then file a complaint with PayPal and you should be able to get your money refunded.

I would guess NOT..based on what I'm reading here..The sooner
you file a complaint with PayPal the better..So file the complaint
and worry about the cards later..you can always find another
set..

Just my 2cents..good luck

Looks about 50/50, maybe worse. I'd file a complaint, get my money back and buy another card. (PITA, but you can't let j*ckoff sellers hold you hostage like that.)

Look at the big picture here...  she has a lot of money coming in and a lot of high value items going out. She uses your money to purchase (an assumption) these extremely hard to find items (in abundance any way) then probably has no money to get the items out (another assumption). Now, if you take in account, what would appear to be a complicated lifestyle, (family, age, single?, drug user?, illegal alien?, terrorist funder?, a dingbat?, blonde?, gambler?, and who knows what) it would explain why she can't get the items out in a timely manner. She also seems to sell stuff she doesn't really have. She uses your money for a period of time then gives it back. That allows her to use your money (for what ever reason) but also makes it appear that she has more Amiga items than she really has. That gets her more business (in the beginning anyway). This all seems to have caught up to her in the end.

Be sure to file with Paypal. Account closings are the exact reason that you CAN file with Paypal. When these types get shut down, the first thing a person might wonder is "Now What?"! But keep in mind, her "business" has now been shut down (for however short of a period) and will simply create another complication in her life and yours.

Let's hope she's really an honest person and makes good on what she owes you all. Seriously, good luck to you all.  :-)

BTW, Where does she get all that Amiga GOLD anyway?  :getmad:

If you paid by credit card, you also have the right to file a dispute with your credit card company and force a chargeback. On the back of your statement should be the address to write to. I've had to go this route a couple times in the past when PayPal was dragging its feet. Once the credit card company started to look into it, PayPal refunded real quick.

My experience:

I bought (and paid) a couple of sets of drive rails for my Amiga 4000T on the 3rd of March. I have been waiting for some time and they didn't arrive (shipping to Italy). About on the 20th I wrote to Boogiegail asking if there was some tracking code available, because I still didn't receive the items, and she replied there was no code available but I should have received the items soon.

Today I found an envelope from the USA, the drive rails! But the date of shipment was the 21st and it was the date when she replied!!

I was going to leave a neutral feedback for the delay (probably she would have never shipped if I didn't complain) when I learnt she is not an eBay member anymore... LOTS of negative feedbacks lately!

Overall, I have been quite lucky.
