Firstly, Ivanhoe, Jabberwocky is not a browser, it's an IM (Instant Messaging) Jabber client.
AmiBiLO: You are experiencing problems connecting due to not having a "good" server in your Jabberwocky PREFs.
Read the docs. It tells you to go to
http://www.jabber.orgThen, click on the link at the left: "Servers", then on the "Servers" page, click on: "Public Servers". That will take you to the following URL:
http://www.jabber.org/user/publicservers.shtmlOn this page, there are a bunch of public servers listed on this page. You're just going to have to try each & every one until you get on that logs you in.
For the other clients, such as AIM or MSN, just enter the servers for them. You can get the server info from the AIM or MSN client preferences there.
