No, KMOS bought the rights to the Amiga OS from ITech which bought them from Amiga, Inc. Later on, KMOS bought Amiga, Inc. So, Amiga, Inc. has DE and KMOS owns them plus owns Amiga OS directly.
Isn't the Amiga Community fun?
Since Amiga, Inc. never disolved, went bust, declared bancruptcy and is now a child company of KMOS. Remember it wasn't obsorbed into KMOS. Amiga, Inc. still exists. They are responcible for the t-shirts and etc. Gary Harre as CEO of KMOS, the parent company of Amiga, Inc., said he'd get those t-shirts out. KMOS was going to take it apon itself to fufill one of Amiga, Inc.'s contracts, that's what a sale is when you purchase something for delivery, as an act of good faith to the Amiga User Community.
Now given the way the t-shirts are being sent, it could take a while. I have yet to figure out a ryme or reason to the pattern of deliveries. It could be by country, alphabetical, or order of purchase. Also, it could have just gotten lost in the mail.
I'd say try contacting Amiga, Inc or ask on AW.net who would be the best to contact. Then again it could show up in the mail next week.
