Hi folks...

I have finally decided to part with my beloved Amiga collection - its taking up space and I need to raise money for my home improvements :-(.

This system is featured on Ebay at the following URL:

Ebay item description

Comes with some pretty neat kit and some great games in excellent condition. Excellent opportunity for someone to pick up a collection which has been built over the last 11 years from new.

I plan to re-enter the Amiga world at some point in the future, when I have some spare cash, but for now someone else needs to carry the torch ;-).

The reserve is set at an appropriate level for the quantity and quality of the kit on offer. Let me know what you all think!

Cheers,
AndyC

Unfortunately.........this would cost me an arm and a leg to ship to USA,
But I want to know something..........what Flight Simulator is that that you have on the screen playing?  and where did you get the MAS Player?

And honestly.......How good is it? and can yu Multitask smoothly while its in use?
CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

Shame you have to sell it all...

Shame you aren't selling the games separately, I'd've walked off with:

- Star Trek 25th Anniversary Edition
- Gloom
- Alien Breed 3D
- Alien Breed 3D2: The Killing Grounds
- Super Skidmarks
- Super Skidmarks Data Disks
- Worms
- Worms: The Directors Cut
- Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (KIXX XL big box budget version)
- Syndicate
- Theme Park AGA

:-)

--edit--

I'd've walked off with that QJII-Turbo too! :-o

I've been after one of those for a while now, my fave joystick on the Speccy, pity it broke :-(

Hehe...

Its all or nothing regrettfully!

TFX is quite playable on the 060 if you configure it correctly, and you can get the game to use the better 060 libraries.

I should have also mentioned that it has 3.1 roms fitted, ready for OS3.9.. which I never got round to getting.

Oh, and the MAS player works amazingly with this system. Actually it worked fine with the old Blizzard 1230 Mk4 I sold earlier this year. I can render VistaPro3.0 images with no problems while playing MP3s at 128k.

I play MP3s through AmigaAmp via the CD player... no point installing MP3s to the hard disk!

Cheers,
AndyC

You can ask...

But if you had to sell this (its possibly the most heart wrenching thing I've ever done) you'd set the reserve at a high price.

Lets just say the reserve is some way off yet...

That's all I'm saying.

It is an amazing collection though...

I sold my pride and joy on eBay, which was my Amiga CD32 SX32 Pro module, complete with 32MB RAM, 2GB hard disk, 50MHz 68030, and a 50MHz 68882. A fantastic piece of kit! It really was a tough decision to sell it, so I can fully sympathise with you having to sell your whole collection.

But...

...I started the bidding for my SX32 Pro at £9.99 with no reserve. From my experience of selling on eBay, items with no reserve get a lot more bids, and usually sell for more. It's a huge risk, I know, but generally an item will sell for what people are prepared to pay for it, and not a penny more, regardless of what the reserve is. :-)

Oh, and by the way, my SX32 Pro finished at £410.00! :-)
(which made selling it slightly less heart-wrenching!)

I'm pretty sure I had your SX32 on my watch list... nice one!

I guess I'm just not prepared to part with it for less than what I reckon its worth. Bidding is currently £252.00 which is pretty amazing this early in the auction.

Got to £330 but looks like it didn't meet your reserve. Is it still up for grabs? Are you still selling Andyc? Or keeping it and putting up with the peeling wallpaper :-)

Bummer that it didn't sell for your reserve :-(

But, if you do plan to split it slightly I'd be willing to haggle for the some of the games I mentioned above :-D
