MP3 - that's what most people I know use this type of software for.

Mostly because the UK is still stuck in the stone age and people generally have 56k modems.

mp3 is the most popular use of p2p these days, but DivX is catching up fast, and if a new PC game iso(s) isn't on the servers then its not worth playing.

you know, luckily in our society, there is way more money in legitimate business than there will ever be in crime.  Name me one drug kingpin doing as well as Bill Gates.  I'm not saying crime doesn't pay, I'm saying it doesn't pay enough.

Fact is, not only is pursuing the shady area of p2p kind of greasy and immoral, but it doesn't even make a lick of business sense in terms of getting profits.

It's unnecessary, but worse than unnecesary....it's profit killing.

The irony will be when morphos and OS4 run inside Mac On Linux...Thats all it will take...one person to port it to MOL, thinking now it runs on a peg, or now it runs on AmigaONE, forgettin the instant portability to the Mac using the same software, then there is no amiga market....everyone buys a low cost Mac and runs their Amiga software...now 'natively' on their mac.

If you've ever tried MOL, you'll see why Genesi or Hyperion are hardly quaking in their boots about people using it to run OS4 or MOS on low cost Mac hardware (even if such a thing were possible, and it's not - not without a major rewrite of the emulation and the emulated openfirmware). Anyway, Pegasos is still cheaper than most Mac hardware of the same spec.
