Hola!
i found this joke from India:
 An politician was speaking to a group. He was delighted that many of the group would enthusiastically yell, "HOYA" numerous times during his speech.
 The next day he was touring the district and during the tour was shown through a dairy. There were numerous patties around the area. His guide said, "Be careful not to step in the hoya."

LOL thanks mate! I have been racking my small brain over this word for weeks... My brother has been gettin extremely peed off with me, each time I come back from work or whatever, I just say "hoya" (not knowing what it meant!), even if he got in on the act lately...

I forgot to ask...hoya, in what language?
