Aweb sign in Yahoo eBay
« on: June 22, 2004, 02:58:47 PM »
I am runnig AWeb II 3.4APL 030.
I cant sign in on Yahoo or eBay and yet I can with IBrowse.

The troulbe is IBrowse is a demo only version, and AWeb II 3.4APL 030 is the full version I find this better than a demo naturaly but how can I get AWEb to accept a sign in on Yahoo and eBay?

Does any one else have this problem?

That is probably because JavaScript processing in AWebLite isn't complete. Sites like Yahoo Mail and eBay probably make use of JavaScript on their log-in pages.

AWeb II APL 3.5 beta is out. Why don't you try this?

(Edit: It may be lite, but seems to have all the features of the full version.)

there's an error in the install script.

No optimized version available ATM.

It is a plain 020.

Install it by hand.

Ciao

AWeb 3.5 Lite appears to mean plain-old "classic" AWeb.  The "non-lite" version is meant for AWeb using the KHTML engine...

So in short, the "Lite" version is a full version.
