You know, even if everyone was allowed to carry a gun, gangs would organise themselves to overwhelm their victims everytime, no matter the size of their weapons.
Actually, gangs arn't a problem in area's where everyone is known to carry. Gangs only seem to be a problem in areas with strict gun controll.
Anyways, if you say gangs will just get bigger guns, regardless of the law, then why have the law?

It seems like I keep hearing "We need laws against guns" and "criminals won't follow the law and get bigger guns" as part of the same arguement.
