He's alive hehe.. and it seems there's no fraud.. but why didn't he tell me??? Geez! I've waited more than 2 weeks..

Well, giving new life to this thread.. it turns out that the guy has NOT emailed me once again, there's no sign of the board arriving to destination, etc.. I don't know what's happening. He's not replying emails again eventhough he's been very active on ebay lately.

This could be indeed a fraud :-(
