Keep in mind before you read any further that I live in South Florida, probably the plastic surgery capital of the world.

Why is it people can't accept aging and just grow old gracefully? I've been getting grey hairs since my teen years, now at 32 I am totally salt & pepper. But who cares? I guess a lot of people. I am constantly asked "Why don't you dye it?!?". Why would I? Who cares?

Apparently a lot of people care. There are soo many trophy wives in South FL it isn't funny. But guess what happens when trophy wives get old? Yup more, more and more plastic surgery. 60something+ years old and looking like some freaky horror movie version of a Barbie Doll! I mean da**. A nip here, tuck there would be no big deal I suppose in the grand scheme of things, but cross Malibu Stacy with the Crypt Keeper and it's frightening :-o Don't even get me started with the Michael Jacksons and Courtney Love's of the world :-x

So people, PLEASE LISTEN! Marry the the frumpy girls, leave the plastic to the kids toys. If certain areas starts low ridering, all the better :-)

I can only full heartily agree with this.
And btw. it is unnecessarily taking risks, to undergo an operation.
And what about the money wasted? :-o
If you want to get rid of it, give it to me! :-)

My dad hasn't done anything to disguise old age, but he still says "wait till you're my age" for an answer to that question :-)

I don't know what you've heard, but it's probably not far from the truth. It's not everyone, but in wealthy areas it's almost surreal.

actually, LA is the "plastic surgery capital", but Florida is right up there.

I recall going to Ralph's (a supermarket) and seeing women with these odd round breasts. I knew they were fake because they didn't move. I mean, NOT AT ALL. it was creepy. these basketball sized objects that were glued to the chest, with no natural juggle. eeewwww. :getmad:  :nervous:

(And, NO, i don't spend any time looking at women and their various parts, but this is SO unnatural, it catches the eye)

I've seen so many weird noses on the bus and street and ghod knows where that if i had a dollar for every one i've seen, I could retire now.

I want that money!!!  :-P

Siouxsie is kinda growing old gracefully here :-)

She's been dying her grey hair since she was in her early twenties, partly because she was a model in an art college.  She's just on the wrong side of 30, but everyone (and I do mean everyone) thinks she's just left school! :-D

Oh, and she's got the biggest pair of natural gazonga's (with added bounce) in Dundee :-D :-D :-D

[edit] I do love the jiggling :-D

I remember once seeing the exact opposite, which was just as weird.  Breasts that never seemed to stop moving.  Almost made me seasick :-)

I don't see the fuss myself.  I have been turning gray since I was twenty.  At 46 I am fully white haired, and have not a wrinkle on my face due to staying away from the evil sun.  I figure I have earned everything nature has given me and by Ghodd I am keeping all of it.

Some people fear the future, I see only the bright promise.
