Not a lot - weight varies a little depending on size of manual but a single CD is usually less than 140g and to send up to 140g to the Netherlands would cost me £1.37 (inc. padded bag) by AirMail. To send 2 CDs AirMail would be about £1.97
If you want the package Signed-For add £3.30

There is surface mail too which is cheaper but this varies delivery-wise from a few days up to 56 days depending on where in the world you are! Most people go for AirMail.
