Well, i use stylexp and i think its much more compatible and less resource hogging than windowblinds.

Stylexp has much more skins available than windowblinds also, alot of quality skins, when you have to search long and good to find a nice one for windowblinds.

check this out:   (check out the skin named "Assault_2")

Well, i use StyleXP with the included aqua skin. It hides the reality well  :-P . Could you post a link to that windowblinds Amiga skin?

EDIT:
Ha, we posted at the same time, restore with the same beginning words! Strange...

I don't use StyleXP.  I just replaced the DLL responsible for style selection.  This way, my system can use all the StyleXP styles, without having the nastiness of StyleXP and some of it's bugs.  :-)

Hi Linde,
A link for win to amiga
Maybe something there for you...

This is one of my screenshots on this site (A.org images)

This was really using/editing two skins together (forgot which two...start button from one, frame from another...)

     windowblinds31e.zip

amiga95.zip  and amiga3.1.zip

Amiga theme (1523Kb)

A quick search of google will help no doubt...

It took me about 10 seconds to find a reasonable Amiga theme on the WindowBlinds site, and bought WindowsBlinds 4 for all of $20.  Seems to work fine on my 1200MHz P3 laptop, an extra couple of seconds to load but works quicker once it has.

My Desktop

(I tweaked the theme from how it came)
