I suppose it is quite idiomatic. But it's basically a comic exaggeration of the kind of fashion/image obsessed kids that have latched onto the punk, hardcore-punk and (primarily) emo scenes recently.

How come I've never heard of any of those music groupls you've mentioned? Am I that out of touch? ;-) :lol:

What's wrong with all the old metal bands of the 80's? Or even Vivaldi for that matter?

What... nobody likes baroque these days? :-(
