MicroniK busboard for A1200

Hi,

I have just received a MicroniK busboard for an A1200, more precissely a 6860 rev. 5.44. For those interested it is the one with 5 zorro slots and 2 PCI slots.

I haven't got a manual for it and that's a big problem. I have to put some extra power on the busboard, but I haven't got the connector, so I don't know where I should but GND, +- 5 V and +- 12 V. I found a manual on www.amiga-hardware.com, but the pictures are a little unclear, so I need some backup information to confirm, as I don't want to blow the board. I was hoping one of you guys could help me out here?

It also has something called VIDI2 attached to the busboard, but I don't know what exactly this device does. Can anyone help me on this one as well?

VIDI2? Hmmm...is that a thingy connected at the top of the card? Could be the videoslot enabler? Is it the Z2 variant you have?

I have a Z2 busboard in an original Micronik case, should you need any other specific info I'd be happy to perform a bit of surgery on the bugger.

I don't have the powerin adapter BTW, my (AT)PSU is connected directly to the board...

I've always thought they use standard AT power connector but I can se that they don't. I don't know how much this will help but looking at this picture of Rev5.02 one can at least clearly see both GND, +12V and +5V being marked on the board. Now one could try to check what legs on the powerplug goes to those marked positions.

But now that you have a different rev you might not have these marks nor the positions of these on you're board but it might be worth a shot to look for markings. If not you could also try to use the know Zorro connector to find out the pinns of GND, +12V, -12V, +5V and -5V on the power connector from this table.
