Can someone help translate his from german pls.../ need internal idc50 to 68 adapter

Seem to have found one on eBay that's available to where I live but the pic is of very bad quality and I don't understand german so I can't say if the adpter is a female to female (like what I need), or male to male...

After winning the auction, you can choose which version of the adapter you want delivered:

"68 pins male - 50 pins male:
This adapter is used to connect a 68 pins SCSI HD to a 50 pin SCSI host"

or:

"68 pins female - 50 pins female:
This adapter is used to connect a 50 pins SCSI hd to a 68 pins SCSI host"

It's new stock. They only mention shipping costs for  Germany - they tell you to contact them if you need to know shipping costs to other countries.
