Approximately £250.

Pretty steep for a 1200, I thought, but after seeing the pic and reading the spec, I want it... :)

Oh, well, can't buy everything. Even if it *is* an Amiga.

True. It's more fun to build one yourself, anyway. :)

whabang: Yeah, I don't think it's a bad deal at all. I'd consider it, but I've just been on a buying spree, so I'm fresh out of money :(. However, the upside is that I'm waiting for a major bunch of goodies the coming weeks (Amigas & C64/C128s) :)

Lordnicon: Cool. The A2000 cases are a bit obtrusive, or at least a bit unpractical, being desktop cases and all. I've got two of them in addition to an A1000 and A4000D, so my desktop is a bit messy. Well, used to anyway, since I've just finished building a cabinet (in the loosest sense of the word) for them. If I can get the Prometheus card I bought recently to work, I'm considering towering my A4000.

BTW, I've just upgraded one of the A2000s to a full 060 with 80MB ram, Picasso IV w/Paloma & Concierto. It's pure blizz. A bit of a overkill for just running Scala, but what the heck... :)

Well, if the tower only costs £45.00, then it possible to build one like this for less than the price here. All there is to it is the pc keyboard adaptor, Blizzard 1240,the 40 GB hdd and the IDE-fix. I wouldn't count on original software, so that worth nothing.

With a little luck on eBay, you could get a Blizzard 1260 for 100 EUR, and then just build it your self... That way you also get what you want :-)
