Implementing SCSI controller on a BlizzardPPC
« on: April 02, 2004, 06:08:40 PM »
        Hello Folks,

I just bought a BPPC from a friend of mine (the only one in Brazil !!)
But, it's the cheaper model, without the SCSI controller.
Since my Powerflyer is broke, i'm thinking of taking the SCSI controller chip, to mount it myself. This is the easy part.
The difficult part is where to get the chip ?
Do anyone know where to find them ? I heard that some old SCSI boards for the PC family (maybe ISA ones ?) used the same controller.
Beside the chip, there's the connector, but this one will be quite difficult i guess . . .
Anyway, any help will be truly appreciated.

     Regards,
     Marcelo Pires.
