Hey guys

Ok whenever I try to run big red on my amiga I get a black screen with white lines running up the screen, The monitor I'm using is a commodore 1084s.  I added the other screen modes to my devs drawer but still dont have any luck.
Amiga1200 in PT c/w 3.1 roms,40gig hd,blizzard ppc 060/160mhz 144megs,os3.9,mediator sx,Voodoo3 2000,Sb sound card,pin pctv rave card,SVGA 17\\" monitor,internal scan doubler and sony cdr

Hmm. If your'e using a 1084 monitor, the only drivers you should have installed are 15khz ones (eg PAL and NTSC). Anything else might very well be out of the scan range of the monitor. I can't remember but it might show Euro36 also.

Perhaps bug red finds what it thinks is a double pal mode or something and tries to use that to save your eyes :-)

Hum,

Are you running anything like MODEPRO, check your WBSTARTUP  drawer...(and startup-sequence & userSS)

It might sound weird, but try REMOVING aLL screen modes, and add (new ones)them back one at a time into devs: drawer

(and you know that if you hold down the two mouse buttons at start-up you can choose, er, options...)

It could be that the monitor is getting too old and losing the frequency...
