Compressed .ace files and Amiga

Is it possible to open .ace compressed files on the Amiga?
Which program do i need?

Sure it is. ;-)
Get xadmaster.library and Voodoo-X from aminet and install them. You can also depack more than just ACE files!
[RAR, LHA, LZX, ZIP, ZOO etc]

For commandline elegance, util/arc/UnAce.lha works too.
So you have the strings in your palm. Do you know what they are for?

that only works with ace v1 archives there is no v2.x unace i know of for the ami
