New A1200NG - no (proper) HDMI output

Hi all,

I just bought a new A1200NG. Plugged in the power cord and the mini HDMI cable into the Raspi.
Well... unfortunately I get no video output on TV#1 (4K) and a somewhat garbled video output on TV#2 (also 4k, see image). What am I doing wrong?

That looks like a faulty HDMI cable.  Have you tried a different cable ?

Yes! That helped, phew. Can I get a replacement cable from you? I did order a D9 addon board from you anyway, you could just bundle the cable with it.
