As much as this news is good, just can't justify spending £40+ on a game, I have never played and can buy for £2 on PC.

Well it's a great game and most of us with the means have already been playing this under Shapeshifter! It would be good to support both the Amiga developer and give Ubisoft the money for allowing an Amiga port! A rare gesture much appreciated!

I feel the same. I think it's absolutely awesome that they port this old gem to natively run on the Amiga. I hope we get even other old gems ported. I will absolutely support this effort and buy it. Not the collectors edition though, it's a little to pricey for me, but I'll get the boxed one because it'll look awesome on my shelf.

@F0LLETT

Yes, I'll get my daughter's birthday out of the way, and then get paid and buy it early next month. Thanks for your interest! I have high hopes for it's performance on the Mini too as Napalm works great under AGS on that little beauty and similar requirements!

Small correction - there is no MOS version for Settlers 2 (Licence for the port
only is for AmigaOS).

There Are versions for AmigaOS 3.x 68k, AmigaOS 4
and AmigaOS 3.x WarpUP included.

The WarpUP Version runs fine on MOS though
(No „Penalty“ for Emulation, on a MacMini under
MorphOS  for Example the WarpUP Version runs absolutely
smooth in 1024x768 - AmigaOS WarpUP Emulation
is integrated into MorphOS - no need to install anything,
the Game can be started like a normal MorphOS
application.

Thanx for the correction!
