Well, the only problem actually is to remove the 040 soldered on board in order to replace with the flashesly 060.
You MUST upgrade to 060 firmware version (downlodeable form DCE site), BEFORE do nothing. (yeah it can be done)
Then just have to change a logic jumper in the board, nearly the 040, to put the voltage regulator in 3.3v mode and, of course, retire the old 68k oscilator and put a new one woth the correct oscilation phase wave.
Youre done.
Sadly the {bleep}ed 040 comes soldered and, it may be tricky to unsolder it without damagin the PCB, because I "suspect" the pins of the CPU comes soldered by both sides of the pcb, and not only for the underside.
Its definately possible, but the unsolder the 040 and the lack of a 060 socket to prevent solder the 060, have made drop the idea.
