The nominations are in, and now is the time to select your favorites!  The data from this survey will be used to crown a winner in each of the categories presented.  We ask for one vote per person. We reserve the right to reject any votes for any reason. The form allows multiple visits, so don't think you need to answer everything in one shot.

Voting will conclude on June 29th, and the awards presentation is planned for August 1st at the AMGIA/040th in Mountain View, CA.
