     Good news!  Ray Carlsen has unretired and is back to doing Commodore 8-bit repairs (except PETs).  This includes not only keyboards but also disk drives and CRT monitors.  rcarlsen(at)tds.net  Though he works primarily on Commodore 8-bitters, he will work on CRT monitors used with Amigas, Amiga floppy drives, and has even worked on the key repairs for Amigas.
