From Deluxe Paint anim to GIF

I've transferred loads of my old Deluxe Paint IV animations files to PC. Most are low res, lots of frames, or high res with fewer frames.

Does anyone know of a PC application that would easily convert these files to standard animated GIFs?

I used to use animation part of PaintShop Pro 2001. It worked well. You could load all frames up and save it as gif.
I have the new version, but have not looked if it still has that functionality.
