I made numerous support e-mail requests for my incomplete order 77802.

But so far I am not getting a reply which is disappointing.

But I am delaying before I reach out to trading standards.

Because an incomplete partial order is not a fully complete order.

I placed this order back on: 19/2/24.

I also already paid the full amount.

I feel I have been more than fair and patient waiting for you guys to fulfill your end.

I have all the items except the "26 piece computer tool kit" which shows on your website as awaiting stock.

Do you have an ETA when it will be in stock.

If yes, please provide an ETA and also can you ensure to provide a part tracking reference number for me.

If no, would you kindly refund the cost of £12.99 amount back to me please.

Have you received the stock yet and dispatched it?

Seriously if you do not have it, just refund the amount, I got the rest of the items.

But if it in stock, please provide a tracking link directly to my e-mail address.

I give you one more chance then I am going to trading standards.

It is poor customer service.
