A-EON how to contact ?- Purchased ImageFX , License key Amisphere not generated

I purchased ImageFX for OS3 on Thursday (22nd Aug) on Amisphere
Paypal held the payment for 24 hours... and then released it, not sure why they got grumpy on this purchase.

The link after purchasing said retrieve your license key - clicked that and Error HTTP 500.

I assume the paypal holding the payment might have broke this...

I've emailed contact@a-eon.com and also used the webcontact form but not response yet  .
Just a bit lost as the money (£31) has been taken and I'm still software less.

My Amisphere account is as102200

Any help appreciated.

That email address I used is on the Get Help with this transaction on PayPal
Clicking the PayPal option of contacting A-EON Technology Ltd it gives me a mobile phone number and that email address.

I also see that my download has registered now.
