No Icons in iBrowse
« on: August 27, 2024, 05:32:06 PM »
Hi All, I am using the Demo version of iBrowse, 2.5.8. Can someone tell me if that is the reason my icons
have stop opening in the Browser? Otherwise I am at a lose to understand that.
thank you
Brad Hansen

Question is, why still on an older version?

Have you checked that you have the following installed properly:

- MUI Version 3.8 or 3.9
- PNG datatype iif using PNG icons when you selected this during installation.

Recommend this PNG but will nag you after 30 days if not paid for:

Hello and Thank you for all this good information. I bought and reqistered Warpdt data
types along time ago, but they just were working any more with 2.8.5. Also I am running
MUI 3.8 but could not find 3.9. Didn't look very hard, just in Aminet.
Thanks again.

Warpdt is not the same as Warppng from my point of view.

For all MUI downloads and Ibrowse updates then go here:

Unless you specifically configure it to use datatypes, IBrowse will use internal decoders for png, jpeg, gif etc.

WarpDT is just a collective word for all the Warp datatypes, including WarpPNG - right?
From what I recall, they share a prefs program named WarpDTPrefs or similar.

Curious - is the cpu a 68060?
Specifically is it 68EC060?
