Aloha :)

Hello everyone  :)

Thought it's time to register now that I am slowly getting back to the Amiga or maybe rather got bitten by the retro bug ;)

Only system left from the glory days is a CDTV, but I bought an A500 Mini, an A600GS and an A500 case for a Pi (Amikit XE right now) and play around with FS-UAE (under GNU / Linux).

All the best and have fun with your Amigas, systems and retro stuff.  :D

Welcome to Amiga.org. I'd love to have a go with a CDTV as its one of the few Commodore machines I've not seen running.

What else did you originally have and do you have any plans to rebuild your collection?
A1200 in DIY Tower. 3.2 ROMs (softkicking 3.2.3), OS 3.2.3, CF card, CD RW and IDE to SD adapter running off the internal IDE port (using the A4000 4-port IDE adapter from Amigakit), Pistorm 32 lite with Pi4/2GB/Emu68 or Blizzard 1230-IV, with 32MB 60ns RAM and 50MHz 68882 FPU.
MorphOS on PowerMac G5 and ATI 9600 pro

Well, my main systems were an Amiga 4000 / 030 with gfx card (don't remember which one) and a maxed out A1200 with PPC603e and a BVision PPC (IIRC).
I even started my studies with these systems and did everything I could with them (assignments and so on).
But in 2003 I was so fed up with the situation that I sold everything and only kept the CDTV. - Maybe because it looked so good in the stereo tower ;D

Amigas are so expensive nowadays and space is tight in my cave  :-[   So, no more plans for new old gear right now.

I recapped the MoBo of the CDTV. CD Rom and power supply are waiting for their turn.
Sometime in the not too distant future it would be nice to have that A500 in disguise running with a PiStorm and an RGB2HDMI. The parts are already bought and tested, but not in their final place. Only caveat with the PiStorm: the CDRom won't work.  :-\
