feature request: when using the Amiga keyboard to play notes for an instrument that is configured to drive an external MIDI device, only the Note ON message is sent. This is fine for triggering one-shot samples, or controlling synths with sounds that have their own envelope started with a Note ON. However in any other case, it creates a note that sustains forever. The only way is to force kill all the notes by hitting the space bar. This is not ideal. A better way would be to have a configurable Note OFF sent after x seconds, even better if it's linked to the instrument property.
