Amiphoto and number serial (key)

Hello everyone,

Happy owner of an X5040, I bought Amiphoto on Amistore for some time.
Unfortunately Amiphoto asks for a serial number (key), which is nowhere to be found either in the file or in Amistore.

I sent several emails to Amistore as well as Amisphère and no response!
I'm not the only one having this problem!

I also contacted Alinea Computer, Alinea provided the keys for the purchase of Amiphoto on Amistore but we received nothing.
I hope someone can read this post and help us resolve this issue.

In Amistore goto My Purchases.  There should be a small key icon next to the purchase.  Click this to reveal the key code.  Any problems, please let us know.

Thanks for the key but unfortunately it's not the right one.

Another question, why is it written version 2 for Amiphoto and in fact it is version 1.5?

What problem do you have with the key?   Please give more detail and we will pass this onto Alinea Computer.

When I enter the key in the window asking for the key and then click ok,
it redisplays the query to me with the key as if it were the wrong one.

I am having the same problem.

Initially I did not even receive a key.  Then eventually months later I saw it on Amistore, but when prompted it will just not accept it.

I hope we can get this sorted out.

I just checked out my amistore account and noticed the key is changed.  Still doesn't work but it is a new one.

Also I tried redownloading.  It says it is version2, but when you open it it says ver 1.5 from 2006.
