Hi there!
« on: May 18, 2024, 11:48:35 AM »
Hello everyone,
I'm Davide and I'm writing from Italy, I signed up because I have a Commodore Amiga as a partner since 1996, that is since I was 7 years old!
I recently bought a Commodore A2000, for which I have already asked you for help, to enjoy the feeling of having an expandable big box! To tell the truth my A500 is nice pumped with 1.5mb of Chip, ACA500 and ACA1234, but I find that these modifications on a 500 are unnatural, better to pump a nice A2000 and play with the original 500!

Ciao and thank you!

Hello and although I'm an Amiga.org fledgling, Welcome. I remember joinng the old Amiga.org in 2016 and had many discussions like a noob child to esteemed members and heroes such as AllocVec etc. My old account can now be found as a guest account here on the "new" site. Also, I bought an AIWA CD-ROM from a Davide from Italy a few years ago. He also didn't like RF cables.  ;D

@DeyMey

An A500 with a chip ram expansion is the most natural configuration for an A500. You need 1MB chip ram to play Team17 games and to get music enhancements on Lemming and extra loveliness on The Settlers!

I totally agree,
in fact I'll leave my A500 only with the ram chip expansion, the cards instead, I think I'll put them away only for when I want to have some fun.
