I dont have the special diskette for calibrating the drive nor the oscilloscope.
would it be possible to calibrate it using only voltmeter at some test point or similar?

too bad you must have calibrated drive to make special diskette.
I had hoped to use some original diskettes, like workbench or games to fix the calibration.
