Looking for World Construction Set manual

I'm looking for a manual for World Construction Set...preferably Version 2.0+ but will consider all versions.
If you know where there is a PDF available, or a paper copy to purchase, please PM or e-mail me.

You can find the manual version 1.1 in Aminet now :-)
Also look there for the enhanced Emerald-Caesar Version of WCS!
