All i can say is, that OS4 couldn`t have fallen into better hands  ;-)

Its Garry with 2 r's.   And that isnt him, however I believe this is:

Garry Hare

He is/was a fairly big name in interactive/streaming video.  First ran into him during the CD-I/CDTV days he was one of those pro-I folks.

I am not sure why anyone thinks that, because I think this is a lawyers wet dream.  In addition, Bill McEwen seems to be guilty of perjury, hiding funds from the court system and a couple other crimes, so this is likely to get very bloody.

@Tigger: That Gary you linked to only has one "r", so it can't be him, either.

No, it has 2 "r"s. The site makes a spelling mistake at the pic, but uses "Garry" for the rest of the page.
